The Personality Communications website and technical team, along with products and Gillian's public speaking engagements have been designed to convey a range of opportunities for you or your team to develop your interpersonal skills to more advanced levels.

Gillian Knowles is a leading authority on interpersonal communications. With a background in Psychology, she has trained in many areas, both professionally and personally, with an emphasis on communications. Whilst being a fully qualified psychologist, coach, counselor, mentor and public speaker, Gillian continues her education to stay in touch with the latest developments in the communications field.

Currently she is lecturing international students at Griffith University in Australia, completing a Graduate Certificate of Higher Education and working on a project towards her PhD, researching aspects of interpersonal communication used over the Internet.

Gillian feels there is a gap in our education system whereby people are not really taught to communicate effectively with one another. We get taught academically at school and university, some of us have great childhood experiences, some not so great, if we are fortunate, we get professional and personal development opportunities with our employment, but not many of us are actually taught or shown really effective, positive interpersonal communication skills.

When having them can create success in business, marriage or at work, you start to get an understanding as to just how important our interpersonal skills really are!

We invite you to browse the pages of this website, download the book, invite Gillian to your next company training and before you leave today, please let us know how you think we can continue to improve our service for you, our valued clients. Have a great day!
